The first and most important element of all for anyone to attain their ideal physique is to TRAIN THE MIND. You may have hired the perfect fitness instructor and nutrition expert but if your mind is not ready, in particular your unconscious mind, then your body will reject all your efforts in order for you to lose that fat.

Your mind is holding all sorts of negative beliefs about everything you strive to achieve. If you can work with your unconscious as opposed to against it then you will begin to see positive results without even having to try.
This is how many of these body builders and athletic types can easily maintain their ideal physiques all their lives. They have consciously or unconsciously trained their mind to have them produce their desired results every time. This is also why a lot of these stars who do manage to lose a lot of weight through crash dieting or exercising will almost always fall back into their old habits, it's how their unconscious knows best for them.
