ROUND TWO

Okay... so after pretty good results the first go around, what, I pondered - could be tweaked to increase the results?
The only thing I could think of, was that keeping a more constant serum level of hCG should increase the fat conversion. I mean, I took it every morning before work, what if - I could actually be burning more fat while I was sleeping ?

SO - instead of 150 IU once a day as in the first cycle, I am now going to take 100 IU twice daily, as close to every 12 hours as possible. There are clinics using from 125IU to 225IU once a day, so I suspect there will be no detremental side to doing so.




I don't think Simeon's would disagree.. it was a miracle he had clients showing up once a day, twice daily? Fugedaboutit.

I really had planned on waiting until Jan to do round 2, but I didn't seem to have built up a resistance the 1st time, my beloved and I will be apart while she's persuing educational endeavors until early next year, I'm really not much of a multitasker... only do one New Year's resolution per year & have something much bigger planned for my 2008 resolution.

Besides that - a YouTuber kind of called me out, pretty much double dog dared me. So to the as yet undisclosed member... it's SO on !!!

My goal, weigh in at 200 lbs or less by December 31st. Previous loss would suggest that the closer I get to my goal, the more the loss will slow... A lofty goal, losing nearly 10% of my body weight in 24 days? To be sure. Unattainable? We shall see.

Come Jan 1st, with the final weigh in, you might celebrate my success or take part in witnessing the agony of my defeat, the horror as I crash & burn... for all for the world (wide web) to see.
