Here's the fastest and easiest way to lose weight without having to go to the gym or do stupid things like crunches and jogging. This has nothing to do with diet pills, going to the gym, or doing some extreme diet.

1. Jump on a mini-trampoline

Listen, this costs just $25. Get it. It's awesome. Better than jogging, the elliptical, and the stairstepper. Here's a secret way to make this speed up your metabolism a lot faster while saving you a lot of time.

You jump on it during 2 minute tv commercials. Think about it. Commercials are wasted time for you. Instead of blocking off 45-90 minutes to go to the gym and workout, set aside 1 hour to watch tv. Then, you simply jump on the mini-trampoline each time a commercial comes on.

A typical 1 hour tv show has about 22 minutes of commercials.

2. Walking on an inclined treadmill or a hill

First, I know I said you don't have to go to the gym. Obviously, if you don't have a treadmill at home, then you'll have to either find a nearby hill or go to the gym to do this.

What you do is incline the treadmill to 10-15 degrees and walk on it for 15-20 minutes. Or walk on a hill for 15-20 minutes. There's no comparison to walking on an incline and walking on a flat surface. Walking on a flat surface is a waste of time if you're looking for fast weight loss.
