Yes water helps you to lose weight.Our bodies contain 70 percent water, so we must consume a diet that is 70% water just to replenish the water which is excreted and maintain the 70-30 balance. Sometimes the 70-30 balance may become 50-50 or 40-60 during weekends and parties. Don't worry. Just increase the quantity of high water content food the next day. Let the balance be 85% water-rich food and 15% of other food.
